However, SAI cannot detects a filename of software license certificate that an ordinal added by web browser. Some web browser(include Internet Explorer 9) add an ordinal to the filename of downloaded file if same filename already exists.

If your browser does not show any file save option when you pushed "Download Software License Certificate" button, it means that you fixed settings of your Windows to open.
